Claudette Anderson
works for the Colorado Division of Wildlife and
the HP945 is her work camera.
She is new to digital photography after years of devotion to a Canon A1 35mm.
The quality (and sheer quantity) of photos makes it difficult to go back to the
Canon.
She's lived in Montrose for 30 years, raised 2 daughters and an Italian
greyhound after relocating from northern Utah (Utah State University) and
hometown, Washington DC.
The west slope of Colorado is a photographer's paradise with canyons,
deserts, high country, mesa within an hour. Aside from landscape
and botanical photography, she enjoys perennial gardening (400 cultivars of
irises)
and participating in typical Colorado outdoor activities.
Some of her photos are reference material for oil paintings.
