I see this forum died off long ago. I am still using my HP945 and in fact just purchased 6 of them on E-Bay. Sending them to grandkids as starter cameras.
Certainly have newer cameras but the HP 945 was and is always dependable.
Usual case by battery door breaking but found a parts camera for 17.00 with a good case.
Have 2 in the work box for parts but both cases are broke. Other than that they work great! My expertise is being stretched to just change the back. Anything else would be scary!
E Bay always has a few for sale. Just bought one from a fellow for 112.00 and he sent me one with a broken case. I returned it and filed a dispute. He tells me he is a cop and he started the threats! So goes life and the HP 945's on E-Bay
Anyone else still using theirs? |

| One fella selling two of them for 350.00 apiece! They don't seem to be moving but most sell for 50 to 75.00! Lot of aftermarket stuff available! Sort of a hobby with it. I use it on a tripod only and have some super pics from Blueridge Mountains at the cabin during the fall leaf season. |
