|
|
I accidently put 12V instead of 6V on my power adaptor connector. Now my camera is broken and I don't have any sort of warranty left so I disasambled it and tried to find any fried pieces but there were none.
If anyone knows what I should do please help me.
thanks |

I'm not so big on electronics, but I think it should have some sort of protection for over-voltage. A resistor of some kind. A fuse. But perhaps it's very small, very hard to replace with common tools.
Does it work with batteries? Perhaps only the DC IN is fried. |

| Then probably a more sensitive component is damaged (a microchip). Replace the main circuit board. (Again, you'll have to find another 945 whitch has other problems) |
